Hello @trupti_rajput

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I suggest you check the details below to confirm you have the proper project permissions to access the issue details page since even as a site-admin you can still be blocked by project permissions:

1 - Navigate to Jira settings > System > Global Permissions > Check if you are added to any groups in the Administer Jira Permission.

2 - Navigate to your project > Project settings > Screens > Check if the field "acceptance criteria" is added to your screens

3 - Navigate to your project > Project settings > Issue layout > Check you have dragged the field "acceptance criteria" to any part of your issue view

4 - When creating a new issue, check if the field is properly displaying using the "Configure Fields" drop-down at the top-right corner:

If the steps above didn't help, please provide us with the information below:

- Are you using a Classic or Next-gen project?

- Could you please provide us a screenshot displaying exactly what is the error/screen displayed when you try to edit your Issue layout?

- Are there any errors returned in the Javascript console of your browser when trying to access the Issue layout page?

- About the highest level of access you mentioned, can you please provide us more details if this would be a site-admin permission or a project administrator level?

- Are you using a Jira Software or Jira Core project?

Let us know if you have any questions.
