Need JQL syntax to find when a field was edited and by what user.

I want to search issues for when the 'Due Date' field was last edited, and what user edited that field.

Hi Joshua,

for some fields there is operator CHANGED ... this works with: Assignee, Fix Version, Priority, Reporter, Resolution, Status.

But this information is available from an issue with history tab.
