Narrow scroll bar on Jira Backlog Screen

When displaying the Jira Backlog via a Board.  The scroll bar is very narrow making it difficult to select the scroll bar on an 11-14 inch lap top screen.   Is there a way to widen the scroll bar using css?

You can try and do this in the announcement banner where it is possible to add css using <style> tags. Just set scrollbar-width :)
