How do I remove the extra Workflow schemes that are assigned to the one workflow?  I have three assigned but only need one.  Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Hello Mechelle,

Thank you for reaching out.

To properly unassign a workflow scheme from a workflow, there are a few concepts you must know to avoid any unexpected behavior to cause undesired consequences:

1 - A workflow scheme can be composed of a single or multiple workflows, and each activated Workflow scheme is linked to a project in your site.

2 - A workflow scheme that is being used by a project is considered "Active" and cannot be deleted. Also, an active workflow scheme must have at list one single workflow linked to it

Knowing it, these would be the steps to properly unassign a workflow scheme from a workflow:

1) Logged as a site-admin, navigate to the same screen you printed and click in the active workflow scheme link that you want to remove under Assigned Schemes > Click to Edit the workflow scheme

2) Click to add another workflow to it, mapping all the issue types of the current workflow (KEH Development) to the new workflow you added. This will remove the workflow from the current scheme.

P.S: If the workflow scheme is active, it means it is being used by a project in your site and the change of workflows will absolutely impact that project. Make sure it will not impact other users on your site.

Additionally, please take a look at the documentation below to know more details on how Workflow schemes are configured:
