Multiple development tools connected and how to select one over the other in Jira

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We have Jira connected to Gitlab and AzureDevOps apps for development and deployment. The development field of creating a branch through the Jira issue always defaults to Gitlab and not presenting options either as we (specific project) would like to use ADO. I have explored the settings as suggested by some forums or documentation but not helping to resolve.

Is there a way we can control specific to a project? or any settings that will present options?
