Missing reject status while reverse workflow operation

Hi Team,

I have created a work flow and set all status can transition to closed status(reject button)but when I go to do reverse operation like close to unclose or progress to To Do status reject button is missing.

Can you advise where I'm failed to do that.

Just to confirm:

• You have a "Transition All" to the Closed Status
• The other statuses do not have this - i.e they have only certain statuses they can transition to

^ If this is the case, then you need to have a transition out of close into any statuses you want to be able to re-open into otherwise there is nowhere for the issue to go - so you could:

• Add a transition from Closed > To Do, which reopens the issue and requires it to begin movement back through the workflow. This can be replicated to other statuses if needed.
• Make more statuses "Transition All" so you could transition from any status to Closed, To, In Progress.
