Migrate data from Jira to Trello

We are planning to stop using JIRA and migrate data/issues from JIRA to Trello. Is this possible?

I am not going to question you for such huge change however Trello is nothing like JIRA.

You are going to lose a lot. The first problem is that there are no sub-tasks in Trello.
