Microsoft 365 Shared Mailbox

Hi,
We are testing the app and we would like to link our Outlook Shared Mailbox with Jira Cloud for Outlook (Official).
Do you know if it's possible?
We have a current email account wich is the primary and a Shared Mailbox (in Microsoft 365).
We've seen that the primary one works correctly with the Add-in but the Shared's one doesn't detect this Add-in.
We wait for your information.

Hi @Regulatory Arogreen ,

there are quite a number of posts in the community to date on the use of shared mailboxes. I have seen post with mixed results but ultimately everyone of them seems to result in issues. So my guidance is to avoid the use of shared mailboxes. I encourage you to use the search bar and enter shared mailboxes and preview some of the issues that you will run into.

A mi igual me ocurre lo mismo.

Con Thunderbird ingrese las credenciales pero al momento de enviar correo por smtp a pesar de tener correctamente las credencial el correo no lo envia.
