Hi,
I have a single Jira project for my solution with a field to indicate if a user story should be deployed to all clients, a single client, or multiple clients. The functionality is built in the core solution but needs to be tested for multiple clients before release. However, once testing is completed for one client, we can't close the ticket, as it still needs to be tested for the remaining clients. Is there a way to track the testing and deployment status for multiple clients in Jira? Is there an add-on that allows us to manage the status per client deployment?
Hi @Kiara Hilker,
One way would be to create a testing sub-task to the user story, for each client. This way, you can visualize the testing progress and make sure the user story is not closed before all the testing sub-tasks are completed.
Hope this helps.

Hi @Kiara Hilker , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
In terms of testing, there are definitely apps for this. The two main ones IMHO are Xray and Zephyr. They are both complete testing solutions and there is plenty of documentation to explain how to get started with them. They both have reports and offer the possibility to also organise tests into folders and in both cases, you can also have custom fields in the test cases to indicate for which customer or release you're testing. I would encourage you to check both out and see that you think.

I hope this helps you but please share your feedback if you have other questions.
Cheers
