Make custom field read only for certain project roles

I have a request to make a field read-only once it has a value in it, and only allow project admins to change it. Is there any way to do this? We do not have Script Runner, but we do have JMWE. I can't think of any way to accomplish this. Is it possible?

Hi @Lori Milam 

Unfortunately with ScriptRunner you can get the desired outcome with behaviors.

I am not sure it can be done with JMWE.
