Looking for advice on automation - to link a feature to multiple new issues

I'd like to do the following...

I have an action to create a new Feature. Having created that I will then import a load of Issues (manually) and I would like to assign that Feature to all of these Issues. 

I don't know the ID of the Feature as it has only just been created. But all of the new Issues could be identified with a label if required as could the Feature. The label would be unique to the Feature and only on the imported Issues.

How can I automate this so that the Parent field of all of the issues contains the ID of the Feature?
