Sometimes in my project some tests cases are just written in order to be tested ad hoc, one time and some other times they have to be attached to a specific test plan (under XRay).
How is it possible to find all tests cases without any test plan ?

Welcome. I'm aware you can query test without execution. Haven't come across query without a test plan.
