Hello guys,
I'm taking a software testing class and our mentors recommended us to create a free account using a temporary email, that I've lost.
Unfortunatelly I was logged out of the account and I can no longer login with just my username and pass.
Is there any way/ chance I can get the account back? All my school projects are there.
Thanks,
AO
Hi @Oprea Cristina and welcome to the community,
You don't remember the username/email you used to login to that instance? For that account, which uses an atlassian account, you could instantiate the forget password to reset it.
Hello,
I no longer have the email used to create my account, but I have my username and pass.
The thing is it requires my email to login again.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Let me know if that worked for starters.

Tthat's the problem... I no longer have my email.
I only have url to my account (+username and pass)
but when I try to login it ask for email (that I no longer have). can I recover the account without email?
It was stupid of me to use a temporary email, and I know it's a long shot getting the account back.
Best

@Oprea Cristina if your temporary email is something like yopmail, or mailinator etc, and your remember what was the address, go ahead and re-create on yopmail etc and start the recovery process https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/log-in-to-your-atlassian-account/
