Limit user permission to "create issue" only in JIRA

How do I this for a fake user which I created to access JIRA with automatic Eurekalog bug report sender?

With just few mouse clicks?

I am new to JIRA, still evaluating and I absolutely don't know what is going on here with all the permission schemes etc.

Isn't this a little bit overcomplicated?

Did you happen to read the JIRA Docs about Permission Schemes? It should be pretty straightforward, just add the user in the "Create Issues" permission or whatever group/role is configured in it.\

Yes I've read it but not fully understood yet. However thank you I'll try to dig through it.
