When looking in the administrator we see how many licenses there are used within a instance. When a users goes from one inctance to the other we don't see the number shrink in te original instance.
Now is the question how we can keep track on how many licenses there are uesd, without adding them up by ourselfs. This also for apps we want to use in the future.

Use Atlassian Access (for multiple instances): Atlassian Access is a centralized tool that helps manage users across multiple instances. It allows you to see how many users are active across your instances and consolidate user management. You can integrate it with Identity Providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) to manage user access more efficiently. With Access, you can generate reports on active users and licenses.
When moving users between instances, ensure they are deactivated or removed from the original instance.
