I just installed jira server + service desk and now I want to migrade all my data from jira cloud to jira server.
I generated the backup from cloud, but when I try to import the backup to jira server, my is being flagged as invalid.
As I have a regular jira server license, I tried to open a support request, but I could not find a way to submit a ticket. See the following image, there is no button to submit the support request. This is frustrating since I as paid for the license, I expect to receive prioritary support other than help from the community.

I had the same problem. I've generated new trial licence and then replaced it with the paid one after the import.

I removed my paid license from the server and tried to generate a new free license, but https://my.atlassian.com/license/evaluation returns http 400 for me.
I also tried to submit a ticket support but the contact page says that atlasian will no longer offer personal support for starter licenses. There is no "submit" button for me.

You should try accessing the trial url from somewhere else because what @Hana Kučerová stated should work

Thank you, it worked. The license page was offline for me for some hours, but now it worked.
