Latest Release Summaries for JIRA OnDemand release

Hey all,

looking for the most up-to-date release summary for JIRA onDemand. Looks like they ought to be published here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/2014+release+summaries

but nothing available for February (and it appears there was a SUBSTANTIAL) change to User Management.

Good practice is, when investigating changes, start with RTFM - but there's no "M"!

Can someone publish the latest updates that were pushed to OnDemand? And better still, can someone update on the changes to User Management?
