We at NORDEX FOOD are looking into implementing Kanban boards and have some doubts about our current software solution implementation.
We kindly request assistance to determine if our setup is appropriate for our needs.
Our desired solution would enable each department/team to have its own Kanban board, with the ability to customize the steps/swimlanes to fit each department. We use a JIRA Service Management solution meant for Support tickets and development projects.
If possible, we would like to have a meeting where we can discuss/ask questions about the solution we have today, and if we need to make changes to meet the requirements.
We appreciate any help and guidance You can provide in this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration.

It should be possible to enable Kanban boards in your JSM project, in the Features section here.
In terms of having some practical advice or guidance, this would generally be done by an Atlassian Partner as consultancy. You can find a partner near to you and specialised in ITSM here - https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/

Thank you for your comment. I do know the enabling of Kanban in the features, but it's not very flexible.
