I am using Service Rocket connector for Salesforce and Jira Integration.
The connection was successful, but I am trying to associate fields to auto-populate.
For example, that when a Jira ticket is created the Jira Created Date is populated into a field within Salesforce.
What am i missing? any helpful documents to follow?
Hi Nicole,
Good day, and this is Danny from ServiceRocket.
Regarding your question, auto-population of the fields in the Salesforce Create Jira Issue screen is possible. This will be based on your fields mapping configurations at the 'Bindings > Mappings > Mapping' settings.
By ensuring that your Jira and Salesforce fields are added into the Mapping Configurations with the desired synchronization direction, the fields should be automatically populated. If they are not included or have an incorrect sync-direction, it will be unsuccessful.

Hope this helps!
