Jira is spoofing email from my domains

We provide service and support to one of your customers who ultilise Jira for service ticketing. Their Jira system is sending emails as our employees in the form of ticket notifications and therefor being rejected based on our email security policies. 

How can I advise your customer on how to prevent this?
