Maha Oueslati October 26, 2022 edited

Hello

I have created a Jira team managed project

And tried to create custom filters for the main bord, to order items by priority but the filters are not working as expected

I select the filter but the item are not re-ordered

Hi @Maha Oueslati ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

On board side, you can rank issues (just drag and drop a single card up or down) and the order of your filter has no effect on board side.

The order has effect on filter side itself.

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Hello Fabio
thank you for your answer, the thing is it will be complex for business people to do this for each card
I wanted to have somthing like the default group by on the priority field or like swilanes for a corporate managed project

Hello @Maha Oueslati ,

unfortunately you can't. There is an open request for swimlanes in team-managed project https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17580

Please vote for it.

Fabio
