Jira and LivePerson integration

Hi community, 

I have a question for you. 

Now I am working on the integration between Jira (on-prem) and LivePerson. 

Now I met with the next situation, how Jira can understand about a new conversation in LivePerson and that conversation is closed? 

Of course, I want to have a solution in 2-clicks :) secure, faster (event-based). 

Meanwhile, I have requested a few demos and see a few solutions in the first page of Google, but solutions are not covered my small request :(
