Using Jira Work Management. Teams. How can we set-up to limit access projects and/or issues?

The tags on your post indicate that you are using a Free Jira subscription. Is that accurate?

If so, you can't limit project access. The Free subscription doesn't support customizing permissions and product access. Refer to

To limit access to projects in Jira, you can set up and customize the permission and permission schemes for your projects.
