We run Jira Version 8.2.4.
I want to restore the data from one instance to another with system backup/restore.
But the system restore fails always with the error:
/secure/SetupDatabase!default.jspa [c.a.jira.startup.DatabaseInitialImporter] Error importing data: com.atlassian.scheduler.SchedulerRuntimeException: Failed to place scheduler service into standby mode
I also tried the same with a backup taken from a just installed Jira instance and restore it to itself, but the result remains the same.
