We are upgrded to Jira Service Desk 4.1 with the new help center design.
However, the banner image is only shown to service desk agents and not users. Why is this?

The Help center banner (1680x360.) is global and only a JIRA admin can upload it. Do your customers have access to the Help center?
Could it be that they just have access to the customer portal?

Hi Victor,
Thank you for the response. The banner was uploaded by an admin user via the "Customise" on the customer portal. When a service desk license is assigned that particular agent is able to view the banner as per the image below.
However, when the portal is viewed by customers who do not have service desk agent licenses and only login to log calls and not manage them ("Customers") they are unable to see the banner. This defeats the point of branding if the customer cannot view it?

The first image is of the Help Center. The second is for the customer portal. Please add image (1680x360.) to the customer portal. Service Desk Admin can add the image.
