Jira Query for tickets mentioned on Multiple Confluence Pages

Hello, I have the Confluence/Jira integration so that my Jira tickets have a field "Confluence pages: Mentioned on: <name of confluence page>". See the image that I've attached:
I am trying to write a query in Jira that can pull all Jira tickets that are mentioned on a Confluence page with the title that includes the string "INC-", with the status "Open".
I know there is a way to see all Jira tickets mentioned in a Confluence page through Confluence, but this solution won't work for me since I also only want tickets with the "Open" status and the tickets will live across multiple Confluence pages (but all pages with the common string in the title).
Is there any way to do this?
