Jira Google Sheet add-in #REF error

Hi everyone, 

Let´s see if anyone can help.

All white cells have formulas. Like this one: =INDEX(jira("issuekey = PROY-972", "Prioridad"),2,0) this formula it´s used to retrieve the value Priority within a single cell for the issue PROY-972. And it works perfectly fine.

The problem: 

Surprise is when I close the page and got back to it, it returns me this #REF error. If I copy and paste the same formula in the same cell, the error disappears and it gives me back the value as it did in the first place.

This is a report for management, and it´s worthless with all these errors showing up.

I wonder if anyone can provide insight into this.

Having the same issue. Today, every row in two columns flipped over to "#REF!" while I was viewing the sheet.
