Hello All,

Is it possible to Send out a notification to the owner, the reporter, and everybody who is watching the task or sub-task when a task or sub-task is due in 3 days with the below content:

Notification email subject: You have a task due in 3 days for project <epic name>

Hi <name of the task or sub-task owner>,

Your task/sub-task “<name of the task or sub-task>” for project “<epic name>” is due in 3 days on <date>.

Thanks in advance,

Mani

Hi @Bunty

You can check filter subscriptions with a JQL like due <=3d

However, you can't arrange the email content as you wish.

If you can use a paid app, I'd recommend Time to SLA (please note that I'm one of the folks behind Snapbytes, there may be other solutions our there).

With this app, you can define your SLA and be notified whenever you want. You can easily configure your own email content, and set recurring alarms, even you can fire an issue event. Here are details about SLA Notifier of Time to SLA app.

Kind regards
