I have created new project.
I am Project Admin. I have created two boards within my project.
One for Kanban and second for Scrum.
I can not go to board configuration at all and the configuration page doesn't render at all.
I know this could be due to filter of the board if we use OR somewhere but this is not the case for me. It is simple JQL like Project=XYZ.
I also see i am not board admin at all even if i have created that board by my own.

Thanks for taking your time and replying to me.
I have found the issue and resolved it now.
I have exported the workflow from stage Jira and imported to Prod Jira.
So at that, their was one invalid status available in Workflow which is present was Stage but not in Prod. So this was a root cause of the issue.
I had to unpublished it and remove the invalid status and after that i was able to go to configure board screen.
Can you provide a screen image of what you see under the ... button (in the upper right corner) when viewing each of these boards? Do you have the configuration option there?
If you created the boards then you should be a Board Administrator for them. However, it is possible that after creation a Jira Administrator updated the boards and removed you from the Board Administrators list.

If you can't get to board administration, then you are not an administrator of the board. You will need to ask the admins to give you access.
