Our Jira App used to work automatically and now it doesn't and when we try to login it shows the following error : Policy verification required: We have been unable to verify your organization's policy in the past 48 hours. it does show this error to all of my teammates .
Hi @Yasmine.Elkhodrani ,
If talking about the cloud platform, the one policy I could think of is the authentication policy set in the admin.atlassian.com, a.k.a. organization Admin Hub. Are you by any chance Organization admin for your company?
Also, do you know if you're using IdP sync (e.g. Okta, Entra ID or such) for user provisioning?
Cheers,
Tom
Fyi, there is/was a partial outage when it comes to Atlassian Guard - see here: https://guard.status.atlassian.com/ and particularly it was about errors with provisioning services, so this might have affected your organization too.
We are investigating reports of intermittent errors for external directory configuration in the admin hub (admin.atlassian.com), https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile, and provisioning configurations, which are curerntly not loading.
If you have any account in the local directory (not provisioned by IdP), I would suggest trying to log in with that user. During implementations, we often create non-synced accounts in case SSO configs or IdP sync fails for some reason.
