We use JIRA 8.18.1 with Service Desk. After upgrade to any version from 8.19.0-8.20.2, regular user have a trouble with dashboard.
Error with filters. For user with admin permissions all work perfect.
I checked, this is Service Desk trouble. If I disable or unistall it, all work.
This is trouble with permissions but I don't understand why all work on 8.18.1.
