JIRA ticket reference on the output email subject

How we can put the JIRA ticket reference on the output email subject those tickets created via confluence form

Previously the Jira ticket number was on the subject so that we could find it. But now it is coming like [Confluence]null.

Kindly suggest how to overcome from this issue ?
