JIRA stats and reports on administrative activities

Is there any feature or tools in JIRA to get statistics and reports of administrative activities like users activities, what are all products enabled, add on's etc.

The best option to see user activities is by using the Activity Stream gadget on a Dashboard. You can see for all or specific projects.

Regarding products, you need to check the details directly on Cog icon > Billing > Manage subscriptions or Cog icon > User management > Product access.

For add-ons, go to Apps > Manage your apps.
