JIRA keeps stopping randomly on the PRODUCTION server?

I have a JIRA instance running on the production server . It randomly stops working at times and we need to enter the Production server and start the service .
I need to know:
why this happens and what's the workaround this issue?

The logs have been added for the last three shutdowns I had(7th April,21 april & 12th June), please look into this and let me know the issue and its solution.

Hi Adnan,

The information you provided shows you cannot connect to the Marketplace but it does not have a reason the server shut down.  You're usually going to find that information before the restart.

I would search the JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log and the JIRA_INSTALL/logs/catalina.out logs for a string such as "GC overhead limit exceeded" or "OutOfMemoryError."  From the information you did provide I see you're running on the default memory allocation:

-Xms256m -Xmx768m

Depending on the number of issues, projects, etc you have you may need to increase the memory based on the information in the JIRA Sizing Guide.  If you do need to increase the heap memory you can do so with the instructions in Increasing JIRA application memory.

Hi Branden,

The log which I've shared above was from JIRA_HOME/atlassian-jira.log . As you mentioned it , the issue was with respect to market place but it shows nothing with respect to the JIRA service stopping.
Can you tell me where I can find the root cause for my JIRA service stopping everynow and then ?
I've also seen the catalina files but I dont see anything in that.
Here is a catalina file of my JIRA when services topped on 16th June
