Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Could you describe what you mean by "reloading itself"?
I know roughly how the web works. When I click on a link like "create issue", "show me an issue" or "transition an issue", it takes me to the view of the issue I've just created or amended, I expect that.
But there's no "reload". I don't click "refresh", Jira takes me to the results. Could you explain what is different to that?
Suppose i open the Jira Site and opened this ticket(See the img below). Right After opening this ticket whole screen reloaded itself (See the second and third img below). This happens everytime i open a new issue or when i am editing a issue or even creating a new issue. Kindly help me out on this issue.

What exactly are you clicking on?

But what are you doing that causes the refresh?

I am sorry, I am obviously not being clear enough in my question.
Can you tell us exactly what you are doing that causes this? What exactly are you clicking on to cause the "refresh" to occur?

This is not occuring any specific ticket i am opening. This is happening in all atlassian JIRA site weather i am creating new ticket, opening a already created ticket or editing any ticket which i have created before.

But when is it happening? Can you tell us what you are doing that then leads to the refreshing?

Yes, we know that it is happening all day. What we need to understand is what you are doing that triggers it.
Could you please describe what you are clicking on that causes this behaviour?

We can't start to look at a problem we can not see. The screenshots are fine, we can see them, but you still have not told us what you are doing that gets the problem.
Could you please, please, please, describe what you are doing that gets the problem to happen? As I've asked for before, just a simple walkthrough of the journey. "I click on X, I get a screen of data, then it refreshes when I click on Y" - we need the exact detail of what you are doing and seeing.

Thanks for taking the time to go over all of this. But there's a problem - when you say you are "opening an issue", you seem to be clicking on something that has to refresh the screen because you are asking for info that is not currently displayed. Jira has no choice here - if you ask for a new view, it has to refresh.

So You are saying It is JIRA's default behavior whenever i open any ticket JIRA will refresh itself. But this issue is not just happening with opening a ticket. It is also happening when i create a new ticket or try to edit a existing ticket in our System. Another thing i would like to ask is Confluence paid?

Yes, to display a new page, the browser has to draw up the new view.
Confluence is a paid for product, yes, it's separate to Jira. It has the same licence model as Jira - you pay for the number of active users you have, and it does have free and starter tiers (the free tier is up to 10 users, and some limits on functionality, the starter tier is up to 10 users but has full functionality)

Hey, can you tell me all details about Conflunce. I want to use it for documentation purpose. Our team is really small right now(6 members) which package i should go on how to add confluence in Jira step by step process.

To add it to your Atlassian site (not Jira), just go to admin.atlassian.com -> products -> add product. You'll be offered a load of them, so find Confluence and hit "try it now". It will give you an evaluation, but for under 11 people, you won't get any bills after the end of the trial if you keep using it.
Like a free Jira, some functionality is limited on the free version.
