is there an option to Auto-approve Tickets with a Server installation? (not Atlassian Cloud), like this Article in the official cloud Documentation?
On the on-prem/local Server installation the WHEN-IF-THEN (automation rule) didn't work, the log shows only the message "error".
An possible workarround for us would be to set the approver as option/optional - so if no approver will be selectet, the ticket is automaticaly approved. Is it possible to set the approval optional?

That feature can be easlily added to the plugin.
