JIRA Incoming Mail not working

Im currently trying to figure out how to make our JIRA receive email. We have an SMTP server, using Office 365 as mail client, unblock incoming and outgoing POP and IMAP ports on the firewall, and still the test failed, connection: refused.

Is there anything else missing that I need to do?

It's using IMAP over port 993 to connect JIRA to an Office365 mailbox.
