JIRA Fields with tabular data input by user

Hi 

We would like to have a field with data input from user in tabular form. Once the data is updated, we would like to extract and combine the tabular data into single view from multiple issues.  Is it possible to do so ie extract the tabular data and how? 

PS: Tablular data is not complex.

Alternatively, can we ask users to attach csv files to the Mutiple issues and then extract those files and merge into one file combining information from all CSVs?

I do not know of anything that would meet that need.  You can look at the tabular data in marketplace.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=jira&query=table%20data I don't think that any of them will meet that need either.
