I have a project ABC which has a permission scheme XYZ and the assignable permission option(Assignable User) is configured to use a Project Role= Developers. On the project members configuration section, the project role Developers is set to jira-developers. The user Joe Max belongs to the jira-developers group.

Why he can be assign to any issues on this project?
