We're using JIRA service desk 7.3.1 (server) and I've enabled Jeditor for Service desk in the configuration screen (e.g. for Description field), but could not see the rich text Editor in customer portal for Description field.
Do you mean the configuration is just for the service desk team (customers) to use Jeditor in JIRA? So it's only for the user access, not to enable JEditor in customer portal fields?
