We installed the Report Builder plugin by Actonic. We are seeing these issues in both Chrome and Edge--I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
Problem: If a Jira issue IS included in any Report Builder query, the screen renders correctly. (See report_builder_screen0.png and report_builder_screen1.png.) However, if a Jira issue is NOT part of any Report Builder query, the issue screen does NOT render correctly. There is a large whitespace on the right side of the screen that pushes all other information on the right side of the screen off the bottom of the screen. (See report_builder_screen2.png). We attempt to reload the screen by pressing Ctrl-F5 on any issue where we see this, but the screen never renders correctly. We are using Jira 9.4.6 and Report Builder 4.1.0.
This issue has been addressed in the latest software update of this plug-in: 4.2.0.
Dear @kdickason
Actonic team is investigating the issue you have brought to our attention. We have classified it as a top priority and will continually update you on our progress through the ticket you submitted in our portal.
In the meantime, we have devised a workaround to minimize the impact of the issue: disabling the "Issue Export Panel". Here are the steps you can follow:
1) Navigate to the Configuration section.
2) Open the "Issue Export Panel" tab.
3) Select "Disable for everyone" and click the "Save" button.
We hope this workaround will be beneficial for any users who may encounter difficulties with the "Issue Export Panel".
Best Regards,
Rustem from Actonic Report Builder Team
