Issues with Authentication - domain

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We are getting some issues with authentication today and Atlassian is creating accounts (duplicates) due to domain in our email address (@domain alias) differs from the one in Microsoft (domain)
i.e. user@domain.com-> user@domain-alias.com
domain Atlassian – domain-alias.com
