Issues renaming version

I'm having issues renaming versions, Is someone having the same issue? How can't I report it?

I click on Edit name--> rename the version --> clicks enter (it change) then clicks refresh and it's gonne, the old name came back.

Isn't there some other version with then name you want it to be?
