Hello,
I have a question about Filter.
Last week, one of my filters was working, and today, it's impossible to have the results.
If I use it in a Dashboard to get the number of results, we see 62 tickets.
When i click on the "62", the page loads and fails.

It looks like have issue with Timeout. How can I resolve this issue ?
Hi @Franck PASSIER and welcome to the Community!
I would try to execute the query directly in the issue navigator to see if it works there. Also - although I am not sure if it is related - there seems to be an active incident in Jira. You can stay informed of what's happening at https://status.atlassian.com/ and see if your issue is resolved when this is fixed.
Hope this helps!
Hi @Franck PASSIER ,
There is currently an active incident in Jira displaying content. Your issue might be related to that.
Can you also check if the issue also occurs in another browser ?
Best regards,
Kris
