When I create a new ticket and get the pop-up with the newly created ticket ID, when clicking on it it redirects to a completely blank page. Digging into it, seems like a CORS issue (cannot load jira frontend)
The issue reproduces on Firefox
Is this a known problem? Is there a known workaround?
Hi @Alexander Kolev ,
Does this happen only on Firefox or while using other browsers too?
Might be worth checking open bugs on JAC, although while doing a quick scan, I didn't manage to find anything related.
Cheers,
Tom
@Tomislav Tobijas _Koios_happens only on Firefox, but happens consistently in our tenant - all team members using Firefox hit it all day. It's extremely frustrating :(

... and I cannot create a bug as we're yet to upgrade our plan

@Tomislav Tobijas _Koios_seems to have occurred in the past too: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Site-completely-broken-with-CORS-rejected-issues-in-firefox/qaq-p/1410649

@Alexander Kolev interesting. 👀
Thanks for sharing the link here! Hope that gets the issue resolved then.
Related to raising the bug, I would suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support once you upgrade your plan and ask them if they can create a bug for you.
Cheers,
Tom
