Issue configuring Create Salesforce case in workflow Post section

I'm trying to configure a Create Salesforece case Post statment in a workflow but am having trouble selecting the connection to use. I have 3 connections defined and authorized, but no matter which one i select after I save it(without error) and then bring it back up again it's always the same connection name, no matter what I've chosen. I've checked all my connection definitions and mappings and everything looks good and without error, but I can't actually use the, only one of them can actually be saved in the configuration of the post command. Any ideas what might be going on or where to look for errors? I'm using the servicerocket connector for the cloud.

Thanks,

Jay

Hi Jay,

Julian from ServiceRocket support here.

So far, I'm unable to replicate the behavior where saving the post-functions will refresh the page without the settings saved.

We would like to investigate this behavior further. If it is still happening, please create a ticket in our support portal through the link below:

Cheers!

Julian.
