Issue collector not displaying

Issue Collector is not displaying. I can see using the developer tools that there are 2 api calls that return a lot of javascript, the return status is 200. Javascript is enabled. Any help would be appreciated.

We really need more information to help you out -- what's the html or .js code for the collector, some copy pasta of what you see in the network tab, whether you're getting any console errors, how was the code added to the destination page, etc.

It was the collector id. The code that our admin sent was incorrect.
