Our users are requesting the ability to change the status of an issue from the issue detail screen (the quick view screen that appears on the right when an issue is selected in a Kanban board).
The feedback we have received is that although its possible to do this now it takes way to many clicks through the ... menu.
Ideally something similar to the workflow dropdown found on the edit screen could be shown on the issue details screen.
There are a couple of options for how this can be done more quickly.
The first would be to use the drag and drop functionality of a ticket. Issues can be picked up and moved to a new column which will transition the ticket through the workflow.
Alternatively, if you know the name of the transition you want to make, after clicking on the ticket in the board, a user can press the "." key and begin typing in the transition name. Once it is highlighted, pressing the enter key will execute the transition. Hope this helps!
