I'm interested in knowing a bit more about what you need to accomplish. There are several python libraries for integrating Jira with applications easily, including the jira library on pypi . I would suggest a package search on pypi if something more specific is needed; we don't maintain client libraries for django directly. There are many Jira libraries in the package managers for most languages.
