Is there any gadget that we can use for adding static content to create static pages in Jira. In documentation I find rich text editor gadget but able to see any options to include it.

We provide a commercial app called Dashboard Hub for Jira that lets you add Rich Text content (formatted text, images, videos, formulas...):
Give it a try and let me know if that works for you! And you can share it in a secure way too: Agile Team dashboard, ITSM dashboard, DevOps dashboard.
